How does the selection process work?

We select carefully and make sure we understand what your skills really are.

First of all you will be asked to provide us your CV, and we will have a phone/skype interview. This can be through our scouts or done directly with Legalines ICT, depending on how you're represented. During this call we'll go through your CV and explain our proposition.

After we've had this phone call and we're both happy to proceed, we'll have a face-to-face meeting, possibly through a web conference meeting. This meeting is done to explain more about the job at hand, to verify that you're willing to relocate to the Netherlands, and we'll explain our offer and the legal and financial consequences and benefits or working with us.

If we're both still enthusiastic, we'll send you a 'technical assessment', which is an assignment that resembles a real, but very small project which you can do in your own time and which is based on some open source project.

Finally we'll meet in your country, where we'll do a mini interview where you'll meet me (Michael Franken) and the customer for whom you'll work. You'll present the results of the technical assessment as well.
